1. Service Description We provide broadband internet services subject to availability, technical feasibility, and coverage area. Service speed and quality may vary due to network conditions, location, and external factors.
2. Installation & Activation Installation will be completed after payment of applicable installation and advance charges. Installation time depends on area feasibility and technical readiness. Any additional equipment or internal wiring costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Service Plans & Speed Internet speeds mentioned are up to the subscribed package speed. Actual speed may vary due to device limitations, Wi-Fi interference, or network congestion. Fair Usage Policy (FUP) may apply to selected packages.
4. Billing & Payments Service is provided on a prepaid / monthly basis (as applicable). Bills must be paid within the due date to avoid service interruption. Late payment may result in temporary or permanent disconnection. Reconnection fees may apply after disconnection.
5. Fair Usage & Acceptable Use Policy Customers must not use the service for: Illegal activities (fraud, hacking, piracy, spam, etc.) Abusive, offensive, or harmful activities Activities that disrupt network stability or other users Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination without prior notice.
6. Equipment Responsibility Any ISP-provided equipment (ONU, router, cable, etc.) remains the property of the ISP unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for equipment damage caused by misuse, theft, fire, or negligence. Equipment must be returned upon service termination.
7. Service Interruptions & Maintenance Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, power issues, cable cuts, or natural disasters. Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible. No compensation will be provided for downtime caused by events beyond our control.
8. Customer Responsibilities The customer agrees to: Provide accurate personal and contact information Secure their Wi-Fi network and devices Not resell or share the connection without written permission
9. Support & Complaints Technical support is available during official support hours. Complaints must be reported through official communication channels (phone, ticket, or email).
10. Termination of Service We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service if: Payments are overdue Terms & Conditions are violated Illegal or abusive use is detected Customers may request service termination with prior notice and settlement of all dues.
11. Refund Policy Installation fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has started. Refunds, if applicable, will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
